Ashlee's Story

On November 28, 2010 Ashlee was involved in a very serious car accident in the early morning hours while on her way home.

It started with a fender bender on the 210 freeway, which disabled her vehicle on the freeway. A good samaritan stopped to advise that she and the other vehicle involved should pull to the shoulder (the dirt area).

While they were about to exchange information an oncoming drunk driver swerved onto the shoulder up the enbankment and landed his vehicle on our Ashlee, pinning her underneath.

Upon arrival of CHP & medical attention they lifted the vehicle off her body & once moved Ashlee lost pulse for a very long time! Until God returned her back to us. She has what is called Anoxic Brain Injury.

And this is where we are now just waiting.... And GOD IS IN CONTROL!

Heavenly Father - We first Thank you for all you have done, and we Pray that you would shed your Grace upon Ashlee and Our Family. Please allow your Love to Calm us and carry us thru this tribulation. Our Lives We Give to You Lord. In Jesus Name We Pray!!! AMEN!

She looked so beautiful ---- we watched Christmas Movies ~ Enjoyed a wonderful Dinner ~ and Enjoyed eachothers company!!

Thanksgiving! 2012

So we got thru our first Thanksgiving at home with Ashlee in two years!!! It was so beautiful!! We set up a long table in her room and celebrated with Grandma and Grandpa --- We even put a little sweet potatoe pie on Ashlee's lips so she could have a little taste! She Liked it!

Her ROOM!

Soon she will be HOME!!!

Hello Ashlee's Prayer Warrior's!! We have been so busy trying to get things situated before we can bring our Ashlee home! Sorry we have not updated in awhile! we are interviewing the nurses that will come home with her ----her equipment is being ordered ---- Furniture is ordered and will be delivered this week ----- trying to keep her safe from germs and infections!!!! She looks amazing!! SO Beautiful!! Someday soon I will post her picture --- she looks the same ---- just shorter --- curly hair ---- no scars on her beautiful face ---- she is Flawless! <3 She responds by blinking her eyes ----- not all the time ---- but when she feels like it!!
She does not walk or talk -----she looks around ---- will move her legs and arms once in awhile ----- we will have to hoyer lift her for her showers and to take her outside ----

So many Angels have BLESSED HER!!!! Her room is done!!!! It's so AMAZING!!! I will post more pictures once all her furniture arrives and decorations are up! :) PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR OUR ASHLEE ------- PRAY SHE CONTINUES TO REMAIN STABLE AND GOD PLACES HIS HAND ON HER ALWAYS!!!!
